Purpose of Collecting Personal Data:

1.	Under Memorandum of Association, the personal data collected will be used for considering your membership application, association activities and recording of members’ details.
2.	Supply of personal information is strictly on a voluntary basis. Inadequate information supplied to the Association may hinder our consideration of your application for membership.

Acceptance on Transfer of Personal Information

3.	Your personal information may be disclosed to officers attending the committee meeting for the aforesaid purposes.
4.	You have the right under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance to request in writing the review and amendment of his/her personal data, and to request in writing for a copy of the personal data you previously submitted.

Any enquiry, including reviewing, amendment and copying of your personal data, can be addressed to the Association at The Management Committee, China Philatelic Association, P.O. Box 1452, Hong Kong.
